Overview

Finance Business Partner for Central services - 1 year fixed term contract. Supporting central services. Your new company: A faith based organisation in Central London. This is a large organisation with a group structure. The finance team operate from a shared service centre where they provide support to all entities within the group. This is a complex organisation and they have a strong team in place currently. Due to maternity leave, an opportunity has come up for a Finance Business Partner to join the team for 12 months. Your new role: You will act as Finance Business Partner for Central Services, providing accurate and timely management information, budget monitoring, analysis and advice to budget holders and key stakeholders, fostering a culture of financial accountability and cost efficiency. You will also provide relevant challenge and insight to support decision-making and ensure that budgets and forecasts reflect objectives and strategy. You will have primary responsibility for ensuring an accurate and fair method of recharging for the services provided. An effective communicator, you will be able to explain financial issues to non-finance staff and to help people to use financial information well. You will deliver relevant training and support across departments to help improve financial literacy and ensure compliance with relevant financial control procedures. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified Accountant with previous experience of working as a Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner. You will have strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
