An expert consulting team creating a real stir in the world of cyber security with their completely innovative approach.Their mission is to provide the independent security consulting and technology advisory services that add real value to your business.This is an exciting opportunity to join a Cyber security Start-up that provide great advice and intel into the Cyber world “yellow pages of Cyber” – They have 20% of the FTSE 500 ready to sign up to their services and they’re looking for a great graduate to join their growing Customer Success team You will be remote working initially/currently working from a member’s club. They are currently looking for offices to move to around the Baker Street area. Offering to a broad range of graduates – paying up to £27K The role begins life as an internship with the view to move permanent upon a successful internship period. Key Responsibilities: Managing and handling new and existing clients Handling key accounts, bookings and payments. Hit and exceed monthly KPI targets Sourcing and generating leads. Making calls to prospective clients. Negotiating prices with clients. Keeping updated records and logs in order to monitor your sales activity. Work closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generate new ideas Ensure that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly and personalised service. Look for various networking events/ platforms to build business and generate new leads. Develop knowledge of the product offering and market Key Requirements: Excellent phone and email manner Great at building relationships – a people person Analytical and collaborative Positive and outward looking Ambitious and hungry for growth Attention to detail Highly organised Proactive attitude Sense of humour Interest in cyber and working in a start-up environment essential.
