Commercial Manager - Housing Company - London - Up to £85,000 Bonus Benefits We're partnered with a leading Housing Company to seek a Commercial Manager to support with their ambitious growth plans, based out of their office in Inner London. This is a key role in their business to support with their £2 billion delivery programme over the next 5 years. You will be working with the Development Director as they grow the Commercial team to support the delivery of 1000 affordable homes, through a mixture of regeneration projects and new homes. There is significant investment to grow the team and the business, offering an exciting opportunity to develop and have a wider remit. Most of the leadership in the business have joined from Private Developers, so you will ideally have private sector experience with a developer or main contractor, with significant residential experience. You will be confident to work with key stakeholders from across the business, including Development, Sales & Marketing and Construction.
