Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Coordinate activities of CLM analysts/approvers to ensure efficient credit process, fast turnaround times, and to assign credit relationships or new credit transactions to analysts in order to facilitate timely and appropriate credit approvals Support Credit Analysts and Approvers in terms of credit risk assessment and transaction structuring Supervise credit decision execution in terms of "follow ups" and additional credit requirements set by Credit Approvers and ensure credit packages and related documents are submitted to Credit Approvers in a timely manner Establish priorities for Credit Analysts and Approvers in terms of processing annual credit reviews and new transactions Provide guidance to Credit Analysts and Approvers and become a point of reference for team on Interpretation, application and compliance to Global Commercial Credit Policies Take part in analysis, assessment and approval of credit applications Strong analytical skills, including the ability to read and interpret company financial statements, cash flow, and industry and competitive analysis Highly effective influencing skills, uses appropriate interpersonal and commination skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan or activity Attention to detail Excellent organisational skills; able to complete assignments in a timely manner Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as in a team Written Communications: writes clearly and succinctly; can get messages across that have the desired effect Process Management: understands how to separate and combine tasks in to efficient work flow; can see opportunities for synergy and integration; can simplify complex processes
