Your new company A niche West End agency with a commercial client base. working predominantly with office space with a bit of retail and industrial, are looking for a Commercial Office Agency Surveyor to join their Central London team. Your new role This is an opportunity for someone to work in a highly client facing role, getting involved in the full process on every instruction, offering great exposure to the full process. With a strong client base and as part of a growing team and firm, the emphasis of the work will be on agency matters dealing with a broad range of London office instructions including: Advising landlords and developers on potential opportunities, advising clients on asset management opportunities to drive value and advising various clients on acquiring sites through London. Disposing of non-essential offices on behalf of national occupiers. The successful candidate will work with colleagues in London and across the UK to develop relationships with owners, occupiers and landlords. The wider team advises on acquisitions, leasing, disposals, management, investment, lease advisory, valuations, and M&A transactions, and have worked with an extensive client base across London & the South. What you'll need to succeed You will need a degree in a Property related subject and 2 years experience within Office Agency, ideally you will be MRICS but APC support is available What you'll get in return In return you will get a competitive salary and benefits package, the opportunity to work with established clients and grow your London network.
