Overview
MRICS Commercial Agency Surveyor, W1, Up to £45,000 pa Base (DOE) Corporate Benefits. An established private property consultancy is looking for a MRICS Commercial Agency Surveyor to work out of the London offices based in W1. The MRICS Commercial Agency Surveyor will be advising a range of clients that include Trade Unions, Banks and Private Investors on investment and operational portfolios across the UK. As the Commercial Agency Surveyor you will be the primary point of contract for Agency services for the London office. You will be working on existing instructions and have the ability to win additional work. The services offered from this business line include; Transactions (Acquisitions & Disposals), Development & Occupier Consultancy.
