Sales and marketing - B2B- Singapore & Surrounding Areas Client Details A Singapore based marketing company providing advertising campaigns for global companies who want to expand in one of the world’s fastest growing and largest economies. The company’s advertising offerings include digital media, print and internet solutions. This role is based in Singapore and the surrounding area, and comes with a full overseas relocation package which includes free accommodation , flights and in country training. The client is looking for the most steadfast, strong-willed and unswerving Sales Executives who can adapt to their methods and succeed in this role. The OTE for this Sales role is a realistic £80K first year, with uncapped commissions. Sales Executives who exceed targets can expect to earn much more. Description Working as part of a high performing team, you will be involved in: Business to business sales mainly focusing on European and Middle Eastern countries with clients in various sectors. Provide service excellence to our partners by understanding client’s marketing initiatives and providing solutions across our digital and off-line products Understand the content, presentation and development of our audience solutions offerings including digital, print and conferences, research new advertisers. You will be in a high energy fast paced environment; you must be robust yet professional continuously. You will uphold only the highest level of customer service and adhere to the companies strict code of conduct Work closely with ad operations team to ensure campaign delivery and pacing of program components Requirements for the role: A B2B or B2C Sales background with a proven track record in closing new business. Be able to adhere to the company’s strict guidelines whilst closing new business. Have a genuine hunger to succeed and develop with the willingness to learn quickly Be able to successfully complete the company’s world class sales training academy. Have good business acumen and a commercial mind. Be good at forging relationships, being a team player as well as an extremely competent individual. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and hit your targets under pressure. Experience in advertising isn't essential, success driven individuals with good experience are, and all backgrounds will be considered. Examples of successful candidates previously have come from fields such as telesales, advertising, media, merchant services, door to door and energy/solar.
