With a large portfolio they have a number of SKU’s to be able to supply a business with a wide variety across their 4 main categories, with 25 brands. If you are looking to excel your career by joining a business working on the Tesco Account with 1 direct report then this is the one for you You will coach and mentor and help your JNAM through the progression plan in place. The idea in mind is that within 18 months your team and accounts will grow as your role evolves. Job Description Managing Tesco across the 4 categories, split between you and JNAM Full P&L Management within Strategy responsibility Attend key customer meetings with Buyers and negotiate the terms of an agreement Negotiating on trading terms Using a creative mind-set to grow the turnover of the account Ensure a category selling approach to grow revenue Working cross functionally with Marketing and Finance Responsibility for internal profit management Management of 1 direct report – Junior NAM Person required 4 years sales experience at SNAM/NAC level Experience from a Branded and/or Licensing background Experience working with a UK Retailer – desirable Man-management or Coaching experience is essential Passion for FMCG world Ability to work in an ever changing market Strong negotiation and presentation skills Experience and understanding of reporting and analysis of sales data Highly ambitious and creative ability Strong time management skills In return for this skillset, this organisation offers the chance to be a part of a fantastic, dynamic team with a highly competitive salary alongside amazing benefits.
