Title:Client Engagement Manager London Circa £50k - £60k OTE £80,000 - £90,000 Plus Car allowance £5,000 INTRODUCTION My client are an innovative fast-moving organisation and they ultimately invest and acquire companies with high-growth potential. Their team has many years of experience successfully buying companies and helping them grow. They have worked hard to build what can be considered a one-stop shop for ambitious entrepreneurs to help them build on their brands and expand their business. ABOUT THE ROLE Due to continued growth as a business, they are now looking for an experienced Client Engagement Manager. This role isn't about the Hard sell, It's relationship management and more consultative sales. PURPOSE - You will be responsible for working with an allocated set of Partner clients within our network programme across the UK - Upselling additional elements of our range of software solutions available across the business Group. - Responsible and accountable for working in collaboration with the partners - Maximising referral generation to partners in the network programme RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES - Meet and exceed referrals quota, taking ownership of how to reach that target - Visit allocated client base across the defined region and have the ability to provide high level value-based demonstrations of the range of software solutions on a 1:1 basis and to groups - To maintain and develop their client base, producing qualified opportunities within the nominated product portfolio. - To build relationships with existing and new clients to an excellent level to drive additional referrals - To secure business each quarter in line with the targets set in addition, to track, monitor and be proactive in the realisation of revenues for all product streams. - To be accountable for the response or resolution of issues generated by the client network - To establish and maintain excellent channels of communication within the client community - To identify, scope, implement and measure joint activities and campaigns within the client community for the promotion and sale additional products & services within the portfolio - To support the client through identifying, creating and developing new opportunities. - Pipeline management and forecast accuracy - Working with third parties to create referrals for partners - Maximise knowledge through product/services/platform - Working with the client on a consultative approach through pain points of the client CORE COMPETENCIES & SKILLS - Strong and proven track record of account management in a professional services environment - An ability to exert influence and proven gravitas towards key stakeholders, supporting them to specific solutions/goals - Excellent problem-solving skills leading into the ability to challenge key stakeholders and position solutions they've not considered - Strong sales, commercial and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills, by communicating effectively throughout to key stakeholders - Experience of building new relationships with key stakeholders - Proven record of excellent consultative interactions throughout the different touch points with the key stakeholders - Excellent networking ability, being able to identify new opportunities, to create and refer to partner channels
