Overview The role of Sales Executive is vital to the success of Reed Online. This role requires someone who can build valuable, long standing business partnerships with recruitment consultancies and support their recruitment efforts. The role is an exciting mix of working with existing customers to achieve recruitment goals and retain business relationships, as well as working to re-engage lost customers. The role would suit an experienced sales executive or a professional who has an aptitude for relationship building, problem solving and customer support. Key Responsibilities Contacting existing customers Utilizing sales tools and software to provide data insight and guidance to customers Delivering against agreed customer success criteria Organisation of CRM Optimisation of customer content Upselling existing customer contracts with growth potential Growing existing customer contracts Offering, managing and converting trials of new products to existing customers Strategically mapping and forecasting; customer contact schedules, renewal values and growth predictions Re-engaging and winning back churned customers Accurate recording of data and call notes in Salesforce, and using this CRM to correctly manage and plan daily activities. Implementing actions agreed in weekly training sessions with line manager or assigned coach. Offering all prospective and existing customers a market-leading customer service, representing the reed.co.uk brand to the highest level. Skills and Experience Ability to write and speak fluent English to a high standard. Attention to detail and ability to organise a high volume of sales activities. The ability to engage with a range of personalities easily and make a good first impression. Experience in generating new business and retaining and growing existing business. Demonstrable experience of negotiation in a previous role. The ability to understand, retain, and use information gathered from a customer. Previous experience of using a CRM (ideally Salesforce). Key Measures and Targets Achieving periodic and quarterly revenue targets Retaining existing customer contracts Growing existing customer account values Customer win-back rate Account coverage and mapping Customer feedback Sales activity Sales DNA: Engagement with and completion of actions set in weekly coaching sessions. Other periodic and ongoing KPIs related to overall business goals (i.e. speaking to customers about new products/service changes) Additional Requirements Time management Being proactive- support your team and the wider business goals.
