Business Development Manager, £25K -£30K BasicCommission Who you will be working for Our client is an employer media agency and graduate careers website determined to ensure every graduate finds a lasting job that is right for them. What will You be doing? As Sales Executive you'll be responsible for building relationships, generating new business enquiries and ensuring the business has a healthy pipeline of potential customers. By delivering outbound b2b business development activity, you’ll successfully build strong relationships which not only result in the conversion of prospects to engaged clients, but also gives them the feedback to continuously refine and improve their product portfolio. They are looking for someone, reporting into the Head of Sales, who has the confidence to not only communicate with prospective clients but has the determination and tenacity to convince them to join the mission. Tasks include: Reach and exceed new business sales targets Drive and generate new business which delivers to budget Utilising business resources for prospecting potential new clients Generate and deliver new business revenues Build relationships with prospects which generate new customer clients and prospects Maximise and maintain new business revenues Proactively lead source to secure and maintain new prospects and clients Effective time management Develop and deliver new business ideas and techniques Growing a strong and consistent sales pipeline Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ needs. For this role they require a motivated and confident person to drive the business forward by bringing graduate recruiters on board to deliver their advertising and recruitment campaigns with us.
