The Role As a Research Associate for my client your role would entail the following: Market mapping Headhunting via LinkedIn, internal databases or using industry knowledge to find key players within the market Pitching and presenting to clients for retained searches Board consultancy - forecasting market trends through thorough research and advising companies on strategies to ensure they are strong against fluxes within the market The Benefits Success within the role as a Research Associate is measured by a number of different means, a small selection of the benefits include: £25-28k basic salary, with competitive/uncapped commission structures.
