Sponsorship Sales Executive A major Sports Team is looking for a Sponsorship Sales Executive join them at a very exciting time in their schedule. Based at their beautiful stadium in West London, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven salesperson with a successful background in Sponsorship Sales within the sports industry. Role of Sponsorship Sales Executive - To develop a robust pipeline of new business leads, supporting the efforts of the commercial sales team. This role will identify and research new targets, help build proposals and proposition for potential sponsors and business partners and take those opportunities to market, alongside others in the sales team. - This role is a key member of the club’s commercial sales team. It is both strategic and delivery role in that the individual will be responsible for identifying the clubs partnerships targets, across the full range of partnership products, making recommendations or key industries and companies within them, helping shape the proposition and where appropriate participate in the outreach and sell to those targets. - This role is responsible for supporting the achievement of the Clubs partnership budget and helping shape the partnership program so that new partners are truly additive to the Club and its fans. - Management of a robust and active pipeline - Ongoing research to ensure the new targets are always being added to the pipeline, supported by sector and business research - Identify opportunities to grow and develop new rights and assets that are in line with current market trends - Identify opportunities for new sales and work seamlessly with the rest of the sales and marketing teams to ensure we maximise efficiency of the Clubs network to drive new client growth and smooth transition from new sales to partnerships team. - Involvement in sales, pitching and negotiation with new partners to ensure seamless onboarding - Development of sales presentation and proposals - Lead the day to day sales effort across the partnership programme - Analysis of the current assets and initiatives, identifying gaps alongside research of best practise to ensure constant evolution and improvement - Work with the Commercial Sales Manager and wide commercial and marketing teams to develop a coordinated sales approach to all products to support the commercial growth of the club.
