Overview
Picton West is currently working with a fantastic multi branch independent estate agency and together we are recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to work within a lovely rural setting. The role of the Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer is: To manage their applicants Respond to enquires Book viewings conduct viewings Vendor feedback Negotiate Sales Book Valuations Value properties The ideal candidate for the Sales Negotiator/Valuer role will be currently working within a similar role or looking for the next step in their career, valuation training will be given to the successful candidate. The successful candidate will ideally need a minimum of 2 years experience in Estate agency. They will be well presented, with great communication skills, have full understanding of the property process be proactive and have a proven track record within this field.
