Overview

Part Time Lettings Negotiator £10.00 per hour (depending on experience) Monday - Wednesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm (Must be flexible to work overtime when required) Overall Job Purpose The role involves working in a small business environment with a close knit experienced team. Specifically, the role is based around Letting administration, maintenance management and looking after tenants and Landlords, but responsibilities will also be extended to conducting viewings and answering calls on sales, lettings and maintenance. Core responsibilities: Chasing and booking valuation leads Calling out to potential customers and buyer lists Carrying out viewings and vendor visits Booking viewings Making brochures Updating social media and online platforms Carrying out feedback on viewings Putting together and delivering Canvassing materials Answering phones, general administration and office responsibilities Must have : Have a full driving license and own vehicle (mileage is paid at 0.45p per mile) Some estate agency experience If you are interested in this role, please apply ASAP or contact Emma Sayles at POST- for more details.
