Overview
What is the role? Working in the AV team you will be vital to the success of the AV business, working closely with our vendors driving sales and building professional relationships across the client base. This is a new role within the team and there is plenty of opportunity to be a part of huge growth within our AV Business. As Business Development Manager, you will strategically target, develop and grow accounts with a focus on our top 100 customers working to revenue targets and KPIs, a majority of your time will be spent out of the office on customer and vendor meetings where you'll proactively seek new opportunities to grow the business. You will also work closely with the AV Business Manager to continuously develop your understanding of the business needs, accurately mapping and forecasting and to ensure targets are continuously met. How will you do this? Target, develop and grow accounts Build professional, strategic and productive business relationships through regular meetings and client visits Demonstrate growth across the AV Business Pitch new products into account base Is this the role for you? To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience and the desire to develop in other areas: Proven Business Development Manager or Account Manager (AV background required) Excellent understanding of the Audio-Visual market and a strong network within the industry Confident in leading/contributing to key meetings and conducting client visits Target driven Strategic sales person Ability to organise own schedule Excellent communicator at all levels Desire to continuously develop your product knowledge What will we do for you?
