Sales Executive - Management Software London 24-30k Base, 36-45k OTE Excellent Benefits Our client is a highly innovative, respected and fast-growing provider of management/scheduling software. Targeting SME to enterprise sectors, this scale-up and well-funded company have been taking Europe by storm. Due to aggressive UK growth plans, they are looking for an additional Sales Development Executive to complement their high performing sales function. As a Sales Development Executive, you will: Work with colleagues to identify, map and approach prospects Focus on a variety of SME sectors (Healthcare and Hospitality) Qualify and book software demos and appointments Attend meetings with senior colleagues (as your experience grows) Receive full and ongoing training The ideal, degree educated Sales Executive will: Possess a minimum of 6-18 months sales experience (1st or 2nd Jobber) Be consultative, tenacious and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills Be hungry, committed and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career in a company where the career potential is truly unlimited Demonstrate ambition, drive and a portfolio of interests outside of work The successful graduate sales candidate will be offered: A 24-30k base salary An uncapped OTE of 36-45k A full and overly generous benefits package Career progression A vibrant working and office environment Medical, pension and more The Certus Recruitment Group is an established and experienced specialist consultancy providing sales, marketing and IT recruitment services to the business community throughout the UK, Europe and Australia.
