The Role: Your role as a Finance Lawyer will provide you with quality work where you will get the chance to work for a proven and experienced team. Your responsibilities will include advising financial institutions on a variety of lending matters; such as sports finance, real estate finance, asset finance, bilateral bank lending, project finance and acquisition finance. You will get the chance to work directly with clients as well as handling the drafting and negotiating of deals. Reporting into the Head of Department, your chance to attain knowledge from the best in their field will excel your development and put you on the pathway for progression. The successful candidate: The successful candidate for this position as a Finance Lawyer will be those who are technically strong and able to work effectively within a team environment. You will need to practically apply your knowledge in a confident and productive way in order to support the client's strategic objectives. A strong academic background is required, and the successful candidate will have c.2-5 years PQE. Prior experience of handling a range of transactional matters from a reputable UK Law Firm is also key.
