We are the UK’s largest Private Medical Insurance Intermediary, working with all the leading insurance providers in the country. Our goal is to find our clients the best Medical Insurance policy which is tailored to their needs and budget. We live and breathe our mission statement, “Honesty… and the best policy”. Please note that our Contact Centre Agents work a 3-week rotating shift pattern covering evenings and 1 Saturday. Duties: Conduct outbound calls to clients who have previously shown an interest in Private Medical Insurance with us (there is no cold calling involved) Outline the features and benefits of our service and facts about Private Medical Insurance Your aim is to pass these clients through to our qualified advisors, who will find them the most suitable policy. For every call that is transferred and converted into a sale, you will receive £20 commission on top of your basic monthly wage. Usay will provide you will comprehensive training and onboarding to help you be successful in your role. We are looking for someone who: Demonstrates confident and effective telephone skills Has a proactive attitude Is motivated by hitting and exceeding targets and earning commission Has excellent interpersonal skills, including questioning and listening at all times Wants to grow their career within a successful business In return Usay can offer you: A competitive basic salary of £18,000 per annum and uncapped commission, with great salary and progression opportunities Regular Bonuses and additional Performance Incentives 28 days holiday.
