New Business Sales Executive Commercial · London · Full-time The role of New Business Sales Executive in Internal Sales is a pivotal one. The successful candidate will need to be resilient, adaptable and proactive within this competitive landscape. The position will be ideal for someone who has a natural hunger for success and willing to go above and beyond to ensure an over target performance. Key Responsibilities: Identifying new prospects through lead sourcing and selling to existing prospect base to grow our coverage across the UK and achieve company goals Maximizing conversion of both outbound prospecting (90%) and inbound leads conversion Delivering a strong value proposition of all products and services to prospects ensuring the highest possible revenue per account Ensure KPI’s & sales targets are consistently exceeded Planning for success by utilising and taking accountability of a sales target assurance planning Maintaining customer data accurately on our Salesforce CRM system Key Behaviours: Play an active role in creating a high-performance culture Aligning your sales practices with our business sales methodologies to deliver a value proposition Keeping up to date in terms of industry and marketplace knowledge Developing yourself through a growth mindset akin with continuous improvement, gathering insight into your calls, review your performance constantly and seek out feedback on your approach Aim for stretching goals and strategising as to how to achieve them Maintaining a positive can-do mindset, aligned to our shared business values Communicating effectively with both internal and external customers and engaging constructively in team meetings with ideas to deliver success Demonstrating agility to juggle multiple tasks and rapidly adapting in our evolving business environment Taking pride in being accurate, diligent and well organised Requirements Recent business to business sales experience, ideally within a subscription-based business but not a necessity Proven track record with demonstratable sales figures to match Excellent verbal and written communication skills & ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels in the organisation Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Understanding of the online media space and/or estate agency industry and advantage but not a necessity Works well independently and in a team environment but self-driven to achieve personal targets
