Overview
Do you have experience with new build properties or a property background Our client is looking to recruit a New Homes Sales Negotiator for their 5 Development in North West London. Duties will include; Negotiating and agreeing contracts with customers liaising with head office. Conducting viewings. Meet and greet. Chasing sale leads and answering any enquiries. Progressing sales from exchange through to legal completion. Creating reports and feeding back to management. The Ideal Person: 1 year's Experience working in New Homes or property background. Organised and driven by targets. Able to liaise at all levels with both clients and developers. Have excellent customer service. Hard-working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals.
