Job Title: Telesales Consultant Location: West Yorkshire – Office Based Salary: up to£20,000 Bonus (OTE 5k BENEFITS) Type: Full Time, Permanent The Role: Identify, engage and secure new business (B2B) over the telephone by identifying business training needs, and promoting a range of training courses to match the clients’ requirements. Arrange and deliver online Demo’s in line with business requirements, demonstrating products and services. Secure / close new business over the telephone, securing new learners for the training courses. You will be responsible for meeting a monthly target. Manage own daily output using our client’s internal CRM system. Gather relevant documentation from customers and ensure records are kept up to date. Promote the benefits training courses available – overcoming barriers and giving advice and guidance to the most suitable training route. Keep up-to-date with industry training standards. At all times demonstrate the ability to handle calls in a professional manner and provide an excellent customer experience. Essential Criteria: Must have experience of working within a business to business Telesales role. Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills. Excellent IT / computer skills. Experience of working towards and achieving targets. Motivated, driven and resilient. Confident, friendly and have a professional manner. Ability to overcome objections.
