About the company: Proving first class advice, products and solutions to businesses throughout the UK and internationally, the company specialises in: Parcel and carrier management Logistic solutions UK and international freight Duties & Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing business to business sales across the territory. Plan and manage own sales activity. Building a sales pipeline. Negotiating with clients at all levels. Building new business solution sales. Working to sales targets and goals. Experience & Skills needed of a Business Development Manager: The Business Development Manager will have previous sales experience from the carrier/logistics industry. Ability to understand client needs and identify sales opportunities. Experience in building new business in a solution sales capacity. Ambition and drive to succeed in a sales environment and increase earnings. Confidence and persistence to exceed targets and goals.
