Operating within a vibrant team you will be given all the tools, techniques and support to effectively develop your knowledge and ability to understand complex campaigns. As a Graduate Business Modeller and Analyst your role will include: · Producing models covering many aspects of the pharmaceutical industry (including business modelling, pricing strategies, international pricing systems, and the effects of parallel trade and risk analysis). · Using cutting-edge technologies to produce bespoke pricing models for high-profile clients. · Documenting, quality checking and project managing pricing models. · Developing innovative forecasting methodologies. · Presenting analysis and findings to the clients (travel abroad is an essential component of the role) · Training and supporting customers using the bespoke models you have built or our off-the-shelf forecasting software. · Managing the quality and detail of work being provided to the customer. · Keeping up to date and documenting developments within the industry and pricing environment. · Translating customer needs into working briefs. · Creating detailed proposals for new and existing customers. Ultimately you will be working towards/ or already have a minimum 2.1 degree in either Life Sciences, Economics, Mathematics or one that involves a high degree of mathematical modelling such as: · Biological / Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Systems Biology, Medical Sciences, Physiology, Pharmacology, Pharmacy. · Chemical Biology, Chemistry. · Mathematics, Economics. As well as: · A solid grasp of mathematical concepts and basic statistics. · Exceptional analytical skills with a strong eye for detail. · A natural communicator, someone who can converse confidently both verbally and written. · Computer literate with knowledge of Excel and some spreadsheet modelling. · A full UK driving licence with the ability to travel international (UK, Europe & USA) If you are looking to work within an evolving industry, with a driven and vibrant team whilst having international travel, incredible bonus and a structured and proven graduate scheme call or email Clare today.
