Overview

This is an amazing opportunity to progress your strategic planning / project management skills within one of the world's most iconic Brands The Business Planning Manager will lead and execute business planning activities in support of the Brand Organization. This role is critical in ensuring high value outcomes by creating strategic alignment and driving integration for streamlined execution across the function and with critical stakeholders. Responsibilities include - Corporate Deliverables: Deliver core corporate-level business planning deliverables to drive company wide stakeholder operations and integration at the highest level in the organization • Lead alignment of company strategies and priorities to feed annual planning activities • Lead work-unit planning activities • Manage and coordinate BOD inputs and content development • Participate in business planning forums and ensure business integration across the organization Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop brand strategy and plan to execute the annual & quarterly plans against identified business objectives and performance goals • Gain alignment on global brand strategies with clear definition of the why informed by critical insights • Define global calendar year plans with alignment to performance goals and defined associated actions • Define annual budget plan and support management activities • Drive team alignment to work-unit plans and key performance measures Brand Operations: Drive and optimize Brand Organization sustain operations • Drive alignment amongst leadership, team members and stakeholders on business operational performance, progress and developments • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to deliver business plans and drive cadence of accountability • Identify, develop and evolve ongoing operations • Serve as liaison with leadership executives to drive alignment, integration and decision-making • Serve as liaison for reporting needs and drive insights to shape cross-channel operations Skills Required - Our ideal candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas (or related): • Strategic Planning • Financial Planning and Analysis • Business Development • Project Management • Continuous Improvement • Change Management Other skills required - • Someone with the business acumen to adapt communication styles for audiences at all levels within the Motor Company, including executives. • Someone who has the emotional intelligence to read the room and steer the conversation in a way to best affect outcomes. • Someone who has pride in their ability to process complex, abstract ideas/data, and disseminate them into concise actionable portions; in both written and verbal formats. • Someone who sees across the white space to enable the right level of integration and alignment where necessary • Someone who applies systems thinking to ensure long range strategy is integrated into today’s project plans. • Someone who has the ability to drive change and alignment by understanding the individual needs of stakeholders The company offer an excellent salary / benefit package including a co car allowance and bonus, and the opportunity to be at the forefront of driving company strategy
