The business selling technology solutions aimed at the HR / Payroll departments within organisations. They now have over 12000 customers globally and have been depended on by companies for over 60 years. You will work autonomously and with flexibility as you take ownership for your region and all that goes on within it. This New Business position is focused on delivering net new revenue from clients that haven't previously worked with the business. With the solution being so necessary for all companies the target market is massive and you will not be short of prospect companies. You will have the help and support of an internal team helping to generate new business opportunities with the region and you will be the face of the company. There is no micromanagement in the position however as an experienced sales person you will know the activity levels required to make a success in the position. Their average employee stays with them over 4 years and they have experienced 35% growth in the last 2 years alone. You will need to have 3 - 5 years field based Business Development experience. This is very much a new business position so Account Managers need not apply. You will need to have experience of a professional B2B sell ideally around software , SaaS, Payroll, HR and any other professional service. Responsibilities: Sales Executive- Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets in the form of signings and revenue focussed Experience of selling on a licence, subscription, software, consultative sell environment Growing your own client base using strategic research and partnering with other local sales teams in the UK Defining your own sales pipeline within your territory Creating and maintaining executive and senior management relationships Strategically managing sales relationships to facilitate lead generation, pipeline growth and account mapping Highlighting awareness to your market to the Digital HR team and other market leaders Competencies: Sales Executive Desirable commercial knowledge in positioning market leading solutions Exceptional listening and verbal skills Ability to liaise innovative ideas to develop own network internally and with other territories Proven track record for identifying and closing new business Confident in client facing opportunities and fulfilling clients expectations Take lead in client facing opportunities, fulfilling clients expectations Provide steady pipeline opportunities, managing account decision making process to ensure revenue is achieved Provide accurate and timely account pipeline reports, account plan updates and sales forecasts Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Manager, New Business, Software As A Service, SaaS, HR, WFM, HCM, Payroll, Field Sales
