We, Dupont Consulting, are working on behalf of Hamlyn Williams in finding them Graduates to join their London team and kickstart their successful career in Recruitment. You need to be a strong communicator because you will be constantly engaging with clients and candidates. You need to be passionate and know what you want to get out of your career. What is the role? Develop your own pool of clients through business development, you will be liaising with senior stakeholders from well known firms. From the client base you develop, you will be expected to fill the roles given to you with top quality candidates - source these candidates through a variet of different means. Develop a good relationship with the candidate so you can manage the process well. Organise interviews between the client and the candidate. Negotiate salaries and contracts to find a happy medium for both the candidate and client. Maintain relationships with the client for ongoing business.
