Sales Negotiator - Swiss Cottage - Basic of up to £25,000 Plus Commission (£40,000 To £50,000 Realistic OTE) An exciting opportunity for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join a well estatablished Estate Agency in Swiss Cottage. This is a great opportunity for someone with atleast 2 years previous Sales experience looking to join a progressive and expanding organisation. Key Responsibilities: Deal with all sales enquiries accordingly Arranging and carrying out viewings with potential buyers Registering applicants on the phone and walk ins. Processing documents for the offer Liasing with both vendor and purchaser Negotiating the offers with both the prospective buyers and sellers Requirements: Minimum of 2 years sales experience Knowledge of NW3 & NW6 Areas (Preferable) Excellent communication and literacy skills Please apply now if you are interested in this opportunity and have the relevant experience required.
