The successful candidate will hold overall responsibility for delivering branch key performance targets and agreed income, cost and profit budgets and will manage and support all related activities within the branch. The perfect candidate will be an energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic individual, who has a strong desire to succeed, a strong background in Residential Estate Agency, an instruction winning mindset and excellent team management skills Residential Sales and Lettings knowledge and previous experience in the Sales and Lettings industry would be desirable, but significant expertise in either discipline will be considered for a candidate with the right attitude and the ability to learn. The skills required for this Sales & Lettings Branch Manager role will include: Previous experience at Management level within estate agency Thorough knowledge of the Sales & Lettings process A good understanding of Property Management procedures Strong leadership skills Proven ability to plan and execute effective marketing strategies Ability to build strong business relationships Full UK driving licence Knowledge of the South London property market Our client is an Independent Sales and Lettings agency with offices in London and Kent which offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.
