Renewals Coordinator, Basingstoke, Temp, £13 PH to £14 PH Your new company Our client is an outstanding tech business who are going through a period of growth and seeking to bolster their clients support and market penetration. Your new role You will be joining a highly experience and professional and hardworking team who work to common goals and share success. Your role will play a key part in the company's success. Responsibilities: Track and manage accurately all renewals due by quarter, Prepare quotes for partners/customers, Send quotes to partners/customers at least 90 days in advance of renewal date, Using a combination of phone calls and emails follow-up on a weekly cadence renewals with both partners and customers, Track all quotes, meetings and emails in Salesforce, Ensure Purchase Orders are processed before renewal date expires, liaising with Management, Partners and End users to extend service where appropriate and at all time checking accuracy of orders received against renewal quotes, Work closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure all renewals are invoiced, Follow up on lost renewals to understand reasons, Provide weekly forecasts to Sales Management. Provide Holiday cover for Software Licensing Manager What you'll need to succeed Experience in a comparable role or a background in Sales Operations / Customer Success Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written Experience of working with Salesforce or similar CRM Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment Strong organisational skills with ability to handle various tasks Strong attention to detail and administrative tasks Must be able to work well with others as part of the sales team Good phone manner as approx. 15% of communication will be via telephone Please note: this role requires someone available to start immediately - max one week notice What you'll get in return Renewals Coordinator, Basingstoke, Temp, £13 PH to £14 PH Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
