Title: Renewals Account Manager Location: Bracknell United Kingdom We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic individual to help contribute to a growing SaaS business in an exciting environment. You must have existing experience with the software renewals business and be able to contribute to the development of concepts and techniques. You will complete tasks in a resourceful and effective way, while consistently working on assignments requiring consideratble judgement and initiative. Whilst you will act independently to determine methods and procedures, you will also support your peers within the small team and share your knowledge cross-functionally, fo rthe good of the company and our customers Responsibilities include: + Add value to process and systems to increase in Quarter renewal sales for Aternity, helping the company meet its goals. + Work directly with our Sales team to promote customer retention. + Demonstrate knowledge of the organization's products and renewal contracts. + Educate customers and partners on business practices and associated contractual approaches. + Ensure customer and partner awareness and understanding of applicable products. + Communicate externally with customers and partners + Collaborate with marketing, support, sales management, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings. + Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional. Requirements include: + Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective and existing customers. + Work experience should include a minimum of 3 years in a renewal sales or sales support. + An understanding of IT software, with preferable experience in the application and user performance management space. + Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. + BS/BA in a technical or business discipline is preferred. + Superior knowledge of accessing and using sales automation tools, MS Office tools and Salesforce.com. + Experience in dealing with EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) region.
