Renewals Advisor Location: Bournemouth Salary: £19,000 with OTE £30,000+ and excellent benefits Hours: Shifts between Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Our client is a reputable and well known employer located in the Bournemouth town centre. They are currently looking for a Renewals Advisor to join a friendly award-winning team. They are one of the fastest growing providers within their sector and supply thousands of customers with a high quality service every day. What you'll do: * Speaking with existing customers who may have missed a payment for their insurance. * Retaining business by refreshing relationships with customers and encouraging them to stay with the company * Objection handling and using sales techniques to ensure you achieve the targets set * Continual contact with customers to ensure there are happy with the service received * Receive a high standard of 5 weeks training to make sure you have all the information to do the job What you'll bring: To be successful, you'll need to have a minimum of 1 years continuous Renewals/Retentions experience within an Insurance/FCA regulated background, highly motivated and enthusiastic. If you are friendly, chatty and have a strong desire to achieve targets then this is the right role for you! The Centre is open 9am-6pm Mon-Fri, so your hours of work are likely to always be between these hours, and your shifts will be confirmed in advance. Including early finishes on a Friday!
