We’re currently looking for an ambitious, motivated, and creative sales development professional who wants to join a company that can offer them uncapped opportunities to grow and develop as we scale to our Series A investment in 2020. The Role Getting in early at a rapidly growing business means that you will become a key player in helping us become a global leader in our field. If you're successful, you can expect multiple promotions and salary increases within the first 18-months. Those who fit the mold will have the chance to grow into management roles and shape their own career path. Think of this role as a genuine fast track to success - if you're hungry for it, you can get it. Your day to day will involve:  Generating meetings for AE’s through proactive calling, events, LinkedIn, emails, mail, video messages  Working closely with the Head of Sales to discover and execute the best tactics and strategies to drive success Using creativity to come up with unique ideas to get peoples attention and drive results Salary Base salary £25,000 (OTE 37k) Attainable and straightforward commission structure where targets are set to be beaten Top performers will become Account Executives within 18-months and have an OTE of £70,000 Benefits Equity options Learning budget Regular team events Macbook Pension scheme 30 days of holiday What we are looking for Bachelors degree (2.1) A genuine interest in working in sales Money motivated Persistent Ambitious Confident  Organised Creative
