Overview

Sales Trainer required to join our London office that has a proven track record of developing and executing sales training to software sales professionals. SimilarWeb continues to grow rapidly and globally. It is therefore crucial that we optimise our sales productivity through modern, effective training and sales enablement strategies. The Sales Enablement Manager will ensure that our Sales Managers globally possess the value based selling skills, automated tools, content and work via the most efficient processes to be successful. This role will own the end to end development of new hires and veteran sales managers looking for skill expansion and thus will ultimately directly contribute to the revenue achievements of our go-to-market organization. It is an exciting role with a tremendous amount of freedom to try new educational practices, anticipate the needs of the organization and implement programs at your own discretion. Responsibilities : Working directly with Sales Leaders to understand and then design and facilitate what enablement initiatives their teams require to be successful Define and share best practices through on-boarding and ongoing educational programs related to customer success. Work with key stakeholders to create and curate content with a streamlined delivery in efforts to educate teams to retain and renew deals Enable teams on the best use of content, tools & materials to ensure adherence to standards and drive consistency. Manage & update the content repository to ensure that all information is easily and rapidly accessible when needed Gather feedback from Customer Success teams on a regular basis to continuously improve our programs Partner effectively with Product, Marketing and Services organisations on critical internal events, such as Sales Summit Kickoff Design and develop regular reporting against clearly measurable KPIs to provide insight into sales readiness and discover enablement program focus Provide metrics and reporting on enablement program outcomes, effectively communicate results to all executive stakeholders, both formally and informally With VP Enablement and Revenue Leadership Team, assess data on Sales teams productivity to identify development gaps and implement plans to address Act as a mentor to incoming Sales resources to help improve ramp-up time On behalf of the Sales Organisation, work with stakeholders in Business Operations, etc. to ensure optimal process efficiencies in CRM, QTC and other sales tools Engage with Sales Reps to get feedback on the sales process and lead quality and seek opportunities to drive improvements and challenge the status quo Core Skills Requirements: The role’s primary objective is to ensure that our Sales Managers have the knowledge and tools and leverage our value based sales methodology consultative techniques to demonstrate value, overcome objections and generate and retain revenue for the business. Therefore, the following skill set is critical to success of the role: Intellectual curiosity and desire to seek outside advice from external blogs, groups, networks on how to best and most effectively train sales organisations Self-starter - anticipate a knowledge or tools gap and close it without having to be asked or monitored Ability to execute and follow through on projects with a drive towards excellence At least one year of previous sales experience, particularly in out-bounding, discovery, prospecting, forecast management and negotiation a must As this role is driven by sales performance and measured by sales performance this candidate must be incredibly data curious and data driven in the results produced Experience in or a degree in technical writing or education a plus Why choose SimilarWeb?
