Overview
A leading 5 star developer is looking to add to their fast paced sales team. They are looking for a target driven New Homes Sales Negotiator in Central London. This opportunity is with a high-end residential developer and is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience in the property or construction sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be an ambitious and motivated individual with customer service experience, ideally with 1 years experience. The job of a New Homes Sales Negotiator is to meet and greet any client who enters the developer & essentially ensure that the sale is made. You will deal with the customer from start to finish & ensure that you are giving a 5 service, this will include entertaining, progressing their sale and answering any questions that the customer may have prior to moving in.
