Overview

To grow and develop current ecommerce key accounts through a consultative approach to achieve sales, distribution and profit targets within clearly defined KPI's. Description Develop close working relationships at all levels in each Key Account through a consultative business to business approach Maximise sales opportunities and be aware of third party promotions, category sales and commercial and operational targets. Develop relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Deliver against Amazon plans ensuring Monthly Business Update meetings are delivered with Amazon teams Identify business opportunities to increase Brand visibility and presence and in turn drive sales Support in defining budgets, targets and strategy for ecommerce according to annual targets, market trends, launches/promotions & competitors' activities Deliver against JBPs ensuring MBU (Monthly Business Update) meetings are delivered with Amazon and Very teams. Presenting promotional activity and identifying areas for business growth Deliver monthly demand meetings with Amazon and ensure forward forecasting is completed and action taken on Operational basic supply scorecard Deliver monthly demand meetings with each key account and ensure forward forecasting is completed and accounted for Build contacts with the forecasting and supply chain teams within each key account to work together to create the most efficient and effective supply chain Agree listings and appropriate margins Negotiate the successful execution of the sales, marketing and educational plan within each account Collate consistent and accurate data and statistics working with the Commercial Finance Analyst and the wider teams internally and externally across all our locations to ensure an efficient process Produce meaningful and accurate reports, analysis of KPIs from sales data Prepare reports, presentations, management information and correspondence on a regular basis Manage Amazon AMS and AMG relationship and activation Report on all relevant competitor sales and marketing activity Negotiate prime positioning and activity in all targeted accounts To uphold the high standards of integrity for both the brand and the company in all areas of operation of the sales function Achieve all targets as set and agreed in consultation with the Head of Key Accounts Develop network with forecasting and supply chain teams within Amazon to work together to manage the most cost effective supply chain delivering all operational efficiency Profile Proven track record within ecommerce ideally gained with a luxury brand Must have at least 1 years' experience working as NAM on Amazon and in depth Vendor Central knowledge Proven account management experience specifically negotiating with senior stakeholders within key/national accounts Must be enthusiastic, resilient, tenacious and persuasive with excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus The ability to be a brand advocate and encourage such advocacy Demonstrates drive, energy and resilience to work in an agile trading environment Experience of influencing and negotiating with teams at all levels Be sales driven and commercially aware of the beauty/ fashion market and trends Must be organised, self-motivated and extremely well presented Demonstrates good networking skills (internally and externally) and actively seeks to use contacts to further their own input, impact and influence Essential to have a high level of computer literacy and be proficient with all MS applications Advanced level Excel knowledge Highly numerate and with strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail Experience of building reports, managing and interpreting data and providing analysis and commentary to draw out key issues and themes Data driven with a keen focus on forecasting Should have the ability to travel and work at other sites as required Be willing and able to undertake regular national travel Full driving licence Job Offer Attractive basic salary Company benefits
