Flare Recruitment is currently working with an Energy Consultancy firm and due to expansion, they are seeking 3 New Business Sales Consultants to join their already successful team. My client is looking for a determined, tenacious individuals who are motivated and wants to create a success story for themselves. This is a great chance for a New Business Sales Professional with energy experience to join a growing team with strong culture of self-discipline and enthusiasm. You will generate, manage and close brand new business deals. You will be a valued member of the already successful team and there will be endless opportunity for financial and professional growth for the right individual. As New Business Sales Consultant you will promote the Company’s products and services to a broad range potential clients Building and maintaining relationships with all relevant stakeholders internally and externally Achieving and exceeding targets across a range of key deliverables based on growing a client base Upholding the Company’s values to maintain the Company’s market leading reputation Full responsibility of end to end new business development opportunities Identify and execute new opportunities and business propositions Presenting detailed business cases to senior clients Becoming a master of the energy industry, ensuring that you are aware of all changes to legislation Skills required: Previous industry experience is beneficial Strong work ethic Target and results driven Ability to demobstrate achieving targets Ability to demonstrate experience in a high-volume cold calling enviornment Obejection handling experience To be successful in the role you will be self-motivated and passionate and above all be hungry for financial gain and success.
