Sales Executive (Warm Sales) - Property Services London 25k Base, 35-50k OTE Excellent Benefits Our client is a leading provider of professional legal and surveying services to home buyers and sellers. With over 50 Solicitors' offices and 90 RICS Chartered Surveyors spread throughout England and Wales, they adhere to the most rigorous of service standards ensuring a smoother and less-stressful home move for their clients. Due to their leading online B2C marketing strategy, they now have an immediate opening in London for an internally based Sales Executive to work with a consistently high volume of warm leads. As a Central London based Sales Executive, you will: Manage a high volume of warm sales enquires Work with customers who have requested online information Convey technical information covering all products and services Carry out all sales administration Gather information to close sales Utilise IT systems to provide a relevant and accurate account of customer interactions The ideal sales candidate will be: A recent graduate with 12 months sales/estate agency experience Successful academically or in a sporting environment Confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a professional organisation An excellent communicator Intelligent with a broad business understanding Self-motivated with the ability to captivate at all levels The successful sales candidate can expect an initial basic salary of 25k plus additional benefits and fast track progression.
