I have a wonderful opportunity for a sales driven individual who is keen to have a long term career for a award winning formation company 5 minute walk from Holborn Station. This job would suit someone with experience of a Contact Centre sales environment, Your job will be to liaise with customers through phone and offer upgrades and additional services which will ensure you make massive financial gains. You will fact find and create a need to upsell additional products and services. Your job will involve a high-level of multi-tasking with an element of urgency as a result of the volumes that can arise. (MUST HAVE 1 YEARS MINIMUM OF CONTACT CENTRE EXPERIENCE) What you'll do • Upsell, sell and cross sell to new and existing customers • Build a long career in a sales/customer service • Provide exceptional levels of customer service with a smile Who you are • Excellent telephone manner and enthusiastic attitude to customers and staff alike • 1 years of contact centre experience minimum is a must • Commercial aptitude and salesmanship ( ability to sell and upsell) • Able to multitask and work efficiently • Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic • Calm under pressure • Good written English skills • Have a super positive outlook in every situation.
