Sales Manager Sector: Publishing and Business Intelligence. Salary: Basic up to £45,000 (OTE £70,000) About us: We are a leading publisher of business intelligence to the Education sector. We work very closely with some of the worlds leading Universities and places of learning - where by we deliver the worlds leading online research resource for students. Our technology brings together 1000's of data set's - wrapped up in one single, easy to use, online platform which is available via subscription (SaaS) sales model. The Sales Manager opportunity: Due to a recent acquisition and internal restructure we have an amazing opportunity available for an experienced Sales Manager to lead one of our highest performing new business sales teams. You will be responsible for: - Team management - Team training - Sales forecasting - Pipeline meetings and team 121's - Recruitment - Closing deals for junior staff The ideal Sales Manager: Two years plus experience as a sales manager or team leader Strong people management skills Highly organised team player Still happy to get on the phone and close business Experienced sales trainer Excellent motivation skills Track record of exceeding targets Sales Manager salary package: - Up to £45,000 basic pay - On target earnings of £70,000 We are open to applications for the Sales Manager position from those who have team leadership experience and are now looking to transition to full time Sales Manager position.
