SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR - SALES NEGOTIATOR - ESTATE AGENT- HEMEL HEMPSTEAD - UP TO £20K BASIC DOE OTE £40K OTE A successful Independent Estate Agent in Hemel Hempstead are looking to employ a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. You will need to be enthusiastic and driven, whilst still delivering a high standard of customer service at all times. In return: Our client will offer training, a clear career path and an unrivalled commission scheme for top performers BASIC SALARY up to £20k DOE UP TO £40K OTE Key Skills needed for the Sales Negotiator/ Senior Sales Negotiator position: • Excellent written and communication skills • The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own • Strong organisational skills • Happy to take the initiative • Confident in dealing with clients • Good telephone manner • Full UK clean driving licence The role as a Sales Negotiator/ Senior Sales Negotiator will also involve: • Dealing with enquiries • Booking appointments • Carrying out viewings • Booking market appraisals and conducting valuations if senior level • Updating and maintaining websites • General office administration. To be considered for this role you must have a full driving licence.
