Overview
Are you looking to take the next step in your career? I have a Sales Manager role based in Croydon . They are willing to consider someone looking to take a step up in their career. You can be an experienced Car Sales Executive or perhaps a Sales Controller or Business Manager with ambitions for more. The Package They will be offering a basic salary between £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience. With an uncapped OTE of £50,000 - £53,000 plus a company car. The working hours will be Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week. Sundays will initially be 1 in 3, but will then change to 1 in 4. The Role and Person Having been in the top 35 dealers in the UK out of 130 they have had some successes to be proud of in the last couple of years. That said there is always room for improvement. Therefore, they want someone who is ambitious, determined and a leader and motivator. You will be managing 5 Car Sales Executives reporting into the General Manager, who is lovely. What now?
