With over 170 branches nationwide my client is one of the largest Independent agencies and the last 20 years has given them invaluable experience during what has been the most radical and dynamic period in estate agency - the growth and penetration of the PC, internet, email, mobile and Social Media, along with the biggest 'boom and bust’ in the housing market and this has allowed them to blend traditional customer service values with fast-changing technology, consumer attitudes They are looking for an Experienced, Dynamic, Ambitious and articulate Sales Negotiator for their very busy Estate agency based in the exciting Camberwell, Market. This established high street brand is looking for a dedicated, committed, reliable and professional Individual that is happy to prove themselves. They are looking for - Previous experience as a Sales Property is a must (at least 18 months experience ideally) An individual with consistency/continuity and who is looking to establish themselves in a company who with nurture their talents. Trustworthy nature Confident Rapport Builder and customer service skills Organised and Proactive Good Administration skills Working 5 day week, including Saturdays (8.30-6.30 Monday-friday 10-5 Saturday) Car Driver with clean licence (Car allowance provided) The role is available immediately In return you will receive a competitive package including - Basic salary of £18-20k (depending on experience) Car allowance of £250 per month Generous commission Scheme offering a realistic OTE of £35-40k My client is interviewing immediately and looking to employee a suitable candidate ASAP
