Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join a fast growing independent insurance broker The ideal candidate will be passionate about Managing a team of sales advisors and making sure that they hit their commercial targets. Responsibilities Recruit adequate numbers of staff as agreed with regional/ group manager or directors to ensure the smooth running of the business Monitor staff adherence to FSA rules and to ensure each member of staff receives FSA training, including use of call recordings Review annual income targets, agree them with the regional manager/board, and to take full responsibility for their achievement Handle any complaints effectively in accordance with the company complaints procedure Develop ideas for further advertising, particularly in the local area, and report to head office accordingly Carry out appraisal interviews with every member of staff at least once a year To monitor expenditure and to ensure that budgets are not exceeded without prior agreement from the director Assess the training needs of all staff and to arrange attendance on suitable training courses Attend managers meetings and head office meetings as and when requested Please apply immediately if you would like to be considered for this position.
