Overview

Our client is a highly successful award winning company based in a modern office in Chester. They have expanded in recent years and they are set to continue with their steady growth. Due to this growth, they are looking to add to their team with an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible formaximising and retaining premium accounts, improving booking and revenue of under-performing clients and grow strong relationships with them. This is the perfect opportunity for a dedicated, motivated individual to apply their strong skills in customer service to work closely with our valued portfolio to form lasting relationships, build strong rapport and most importantly deliver outstanding, professional advice at all times. Hours of work for this position will be 5 days a week to be worked Monday - Saturday, 9am to 5.30pm. To apply for theAccount Manager role, you will have experience of previous sales or account management experience. The Account Manager will possess excellent negotiation skills, gained with a commercial background. You will be able to build, manage and maintain strong relationships to maximise future business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Provide support for all queries from premium accounts Identify any trends and potential risks for individual clients, recommend solutions and implement them quickly Utilise sales techniques and objection handling to overcome situations whilst keeping the longevity of the contract Create strong relationships with clients via phone and email Provide expert knowledge Complete day-to-day tasks within the team and the wider business Recognise any other sales and business development opportunities Identify, share and spread best practice throughout the business Demonstrate excellent teamwork to achieve targets set by the business Ensure that any client feedback is responded to and dealt with effectively and within SLA Demonstrate a high level of confidence and ability in managing and resolving conflict Consistently demonstrate passion for the business and the role Show confidence and conviction with decision making taking full responsibility for your actions and outcomes Demonstrate an ability to think and act at a high level to achieve targets Essential Skills: Previous Sales or Account Management experience Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent negotiator with a commercial background Conflict resolution experience Customer retention experience Able to build, manage and maintain strong relationships Excellent influencing skills Keywords : Sales, account management, clients, problem solving, negotiation, customer service specialist, Account Manager
