Specialist Brand Ambassador Mash staffing is the UK's leading Retail, Promotional and Corporate staffing agency, as awarded by the Drum Awards 2019. We've supported world class brands and creative agencies across the globe, creating amazing human experiences at key events and ongoing retail activations some of our brands include Samsung, Nike, GHD, Dyson, Beats. Our Client is a well established global drinks brand, having sponsored major events across the world and existed since 1866 they now are launching their first ever experiential pop-up store in the heart of Central London. The brand will partner with exciting fashion and apparel labels to collaborate in creating some unique items that will be sold in store. The store will create incredible experiences for its consumers as well as hold exciting events. We are recruiting for Specialist Brand Ambassadors to join this unique exciting concept store and to be the driving force to deliver excellent customer experience. Here is an overview of what's involved: * As a Specialist Brand Ambassador your focus is to deliver world class customer experience and care. * The Specialist Brand Ambassador will work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets * Ensuring promotional activity is delivered and brand connection delivered to every visitor * Supporting visual and Brand standards on the store floor Requirements To apply for the Specialist Brand Ambassador role this is what we want from you: * Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador with Retail or the experiential market. * Be all things people through and through, with great communication skills and possess an approachable nature. * Love of working in a busy, customer facing environment * A genuine love of apparel brands and passion for events Benefits Salary is 21,000 plus great benefits. Recruitment process for this role will be a short telephone interview so we can get to know you better and the final stage will be an Assessment Centre. 6 month contract with possible extension
