Overview

Global direct selling company are looking for a Sales Force Development Manager to head up the Sales Development Support Team on a 12 month maternity contract. This position will lead the support to the Sales Force Development Team to assist consultants in their personal and career goals by providing contests, communications, analytics, administration and recognition, that help to inform and incentivise the independent Sales Force. This position plays an important role in the management team, participating in the development of strategic plans and responsible for achieving Sales goals and Sales Force count growth through the proactive execution and communication of Sales Force programmes, Sales Force tracking, recognition, administration of Sales Force career path promotion and compensation. This role assumes strong collaboration and effective interaction with the whole Sales Force Development and Education Team and other departments, mainly Marketing and Customer Service. Contests, Awards, Recognition & Sales Force Career Promotion Reporting / Tracking / Analysis / Region Team Requests Sales Force Meetings & Events Sales Force Communication Team & Personal Development Candidate requirements:- 3 years of management experience 3 years strong experience in a commercial/sales environment A high standard of literacy, organisation and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Excellent interpersonal, verbal and oral communication skills Customer facing experience within a consultative sales environment High degree of self-motivation Results orientated, collaborative Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access) Ability to self-manage and work to strict deadlines Excellent analytical skills Analytical Skills demonstrated through providing timely and valuable data, reporting and insights Collaborative Partnering demonstrated through proactively working across core teams Planning, Coordination and logistical support that enables the efficient delivery of communications, event support and effective administrative support Ability to inspire and lead change that enables Sales Force to realise their aspirations and goals Please note - a generous monthly travel allowance will be given in addition to the salary Preference will be given to those candidates who have a Direct Selling background from a reputable Direct Selling company
