We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our central Sales Team When it comes to elegant luxury in a boutique setting Firmdale Hotels is widely recognised as the market leader. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly successful team assisting the team to drive sales across all of the Firmdale London properties. Main Duties General office support, handling calls and emails Acting as the main point of contact for all departmental enquiries Providing administrative support to the Sales Department Client Entertaining coordination Maintenance of Sales database Analysing and reporting on weekly Hotelligence report Assisting with Sales Trip planning Daily reporting and weekly sales report coordination RFP Season – assisting the Sales Managers Attending weekly and quarterly sales meetings and minute taking Stationary ordering Project based work and research as specified by Global Director of Sales Being a secondary point of contact for designated accounts as directed by the Global Director of Sales Account Management of Secondary Accounts as directed by the Global Director of Sales Skills Previous experience working in an administrative role within hospitality Highly organised and efficient Adaptable and astute to the different requirements of every client Superb attention to detail Excellent communication skills A high level of competence and understanding of Microsoft Proactive approach in establishing new leads for the team and handling enquiries Creative thinking and being a self starter Enjoys working as part of a team Hours Required: As a Sales Coordinator you will work full time hours as required, Monday – Friday.
