Overview
An award winning residential developer are on the look out for a Sales Progressor to join their in house legal team, reporting directly into the Sales Director you will be ensuring that all completions are a smooth transaction & ensure that they are done on time The focus of the role is to ensure that you keep stress levels down for the customer and act as a liaison from the customer, the legal teams working for them & the developer. This includes ensuring that all legal documentation is with the relevant parties, ensuring a smooth financial transaction & keeping the customer up to date with the date of their completion as 95% of purchases are made off plan.
