The ideal candidates will be a seasoned Estate Agent and Sales Professionals , and have the drive and passion to want to grow and develop your own business. Our client is looking for a candidate who would love to own and develop their own business and take on a project that has already been started. There is an office space in the Fareham area - offered with a long rent free period, and staff already in place, as well as an existing pipeline of business to take over. The perfect candidate will have significant previous experience in Estate Agency and have a solid background in valuations, property listings and be a capable and organised business manager. This will be a self-employed / Director level role, so you will also need to have a clear understanding the level of personal commitment involved The skills required for this Estate Agency Business Owner / Franchisee role will include: Previous residential sales or lettings experience essential Experience in valuations and gaining instructions essential Focused to lead and motivate a team NFOPP or ARLA qualifications a benefit (not essential) Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills High level of customer service skills Strong desire to run a successful business Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated Extensive local property expertise Full Driving License essential and own car Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency Our client is a fast-growing franchise Estate Agency who provide a high quality of service and wealth of experience to both their vendors and buyers.
